March 15, 2026 — Cork, Ireland Granite Digital, Ireland’s largest independent digital agency, announced an agreement to acquire Creative Media, a performance marketing specialist founded in Omagh, Northern Ireland, in May 2000. The deal, Ireland’s Largest Independent Digital Agency Agrees Acquisition of Creative Media to Accelerate Major US Expansion, aims to drive Granite’s North American growth following a 400% year-on-year increase in organic revenue there.
The acquisition marks Granite’s ninth since 2020 and is backed by $10 million in growth capital from BGF. It will expand Granite’s workforce to more than 200 specialists across four continents, targeting $40 million in revenues by 2027, with $20 million from North America.
Leadership Appointments
Creative Media founder Marcus Isherwood joins Granite as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing 25 years of North American market expertise. Joy Marcus, with experience at Condé Nast, Time Warner, and MTV Networks, has been appointed Non-Executive Chair.
“I’ve spent 25 years building client relationships in North America with a simple philosophy: every dollar spent on marketing has to deliver a measurable return,” Isherwood said. “That’s exactly how Granite operates, but at enterprise scale.”
Rob Carpenter, Granite’s Global Chief Commercial Officer, noted the strategic fit:

Creative Media serves over 30 clients across the US and Canada with a team of more than 40. Granite, serving clients like Intel, Pepsi, Sysco, and Aer Lingus, boasts a Net Promoter Score of 71, nine-year average client tenure, and 87% repeat business. The agency was shortlisted for Best Large Agency at the 2025 US Agency Awards.
